A. We encourage our customers to take advantage of our 24/7 Live Support. Q. What are my payment options?
A. We accept Paypal, and all major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover and many more... We also offer money order (information regarding money order will provided during the checkout process). If any other payment method is prefered please contact us first before sending any payment.
Q. Are there wholesale prices?
A. Purchases of 12 merchandises or more qualify under our wholesale program and pricing.This price list can be requested by forwarding an email to wholesale@manimfresh.com.
Q. Can I get a catalogue mailed to me?
A. At this time we do not have any catalogues that are available to ship to customers
individually. You may check our latest product listings for your desired item and
specifications by visiting our website. All current products available (i.e. styles and sizes)
are those listed on our website. Visit us regularly as we onsistently update our website to
provide our customers with the latest styles and offerings.
Q. Can the buyer change the shipping amount?
A. All shipping charges are set at a standard rate of US$15.00 per merchandise, sometimes US$10. This portion of the payment is only for the shipping and handling fee (“S&H”) that is processed to one of our shipping agents and are non-refundable.
Q. Can orders be shipped outside the United States?
A. We do ship worldwide for the same standard S&H charge of US$15.00 per merchandise.
Q. How long do orders normally take to get delivered?
A. Processing and validating order details normally takes two to three business days, after
which time approved orders are forwarded to one of our distributors and shipping agents.
All purchases are then shipped “Express” and can normally take anywhere between six to
ten business days for delivery.
Q. How are purchases packaged?
A. Purchases are shipped directly from one of our independent distributors, and are all
packaged in its original box. Merchandises are carefully surrounded in protective material
and packaged in a company wrap.
Q. Can orders be expedited?
A. Unfortunately, due to the number of transactions processed daily, we are unable to
individually expedite separate orders.
Q. How can I view the details of my transaction?
A. We will email you an update on your proccessing
and an tracking number within 2-4 days of your payment.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. Approximately four to six business days after placing your order you may submit a request for your tracking details via email to
tracking@manimfresh.com. You can then check your tracking number at the following carrier we provide to you ex. (www.usps.com)
Q. I received the wrong merchandise, what do I do?
A. Customers have an option of either requesting a refund or an exchange for their
merchandise. This request must be forwarded to our attention at
sales@manimfresh.com within five business days from delivery, and in both
